Expert annotation for healthcare, law and finance

Turn specialized material into reviewable annotations, corrections and evaluation records with practitioners in healthcare, law and finance. Savia recruits for the country and discipline in scope, checks a professional licence against the relevant public registry where one exists, and records who reviewed each item. Work begins only after the source rights, permitted use and handling rules are defined.

Scope the work

Healthcare review

Scope clinical-language, billing, purchasing or operational review to the specialty, country and evidence available. A licence check establishes the reviewer credential.

Legal and compliance annotation

Match lawyers or compliance practitioners to the named jurisdiction and task, such as contract classification, regulatory question review or evaluation of model answers. The client defines the authorized sources and intended use.

Finance and accounting annotation

Review tax, accounting, audit, credit or operational examples with practitioners selected for the relevant market. The scope states whether the task requires a licensed accountant, sector experience or both.

What you receive

  • Structured labels, rubric scores, corrections or authored examples in the agreed schema.
  • Reviewer reference, discipline, country and credential-verification record where applicable.
  • Source citation or evidence reference when the task requires grounded review.
  • Exception and adjudication log for unclear evidence, rubric conflicts or out-of-scope items.

Quality and controls

  • Practitioners are screened and matched by country, discipline and task; licences are checked against a public registry where one exists.
  • The statement of work defines source ownership or licence, permitted use, confidentiality and deletion terms before material is shared.
  • Pilot examples test the rubric and reviewer fit before a larger batch is accepted.
  • Human-confirmed, observed, derived and model-inferred elements remain distinct in provenance.

Questions about expert annotation

Are all reviewers licensed professionals?

Only when the scope requires a licence. Healthcare, legal and accounting reviewers can be checked against the applicable national registry where one exists; operational tasks may instead require documented country and sector experience.

Can we send private or regulated data?

The project must first establish that the material may be used, the permitted purpose, access controls and any anonymization or deletion requirements.

Do you have practitioners available now?

Savia is building a verified pool and confirms availability for each funded scope by country and discipline.

What appears in the audit trail?

Depending on the agreed schema: the item, source reference, rubric result, reviewer reference, notes, adjudication and whether each element was observed, derived, human-confirmed or model-inferred.
