What we do with your data.
Savia recruits Latin American professionals for paid AI evaluation work. To do that we keep what you send us. This page says what we keep, why, who else sees it and how to delete it.

- Controller
CareCompile, Inc., a Florida corporation (1420 Celebration Blvd, Suite 313, Celebration, FL 34747, USA), operates Savia (savia.icu) and is the controller of the data collected on this site.
Applications and experts: experts@savia.icu. Everything else: the contact form on this site.
- What we collect
Expert application: name, email, phone, country, city, profession, specialty, years of experience, professional licence type and number, languages, English level, available hours, expected rate, the kind of work you want, LinkedIn profile, the text you write, your résumé (the file and the text we extract from it) and the topics you say you know.
If you continue: your interview answers, our assessment of them, and documents you upload in the portal, such as a photo of your licence or ID.
Field recording waiting list: name, WhatsApp, email, country, city, phone model, who you live with, hours per week and any note you leave.
Contact and data-offer forms: what you write in them.
Where you came from: one word (for example "google" or "referral") and, if someone invited you, their code. Stored only if you send a form.
- What we use it for
To assess your profile, contact you about paid work in your field and reply to you.
Your licence number is used only to check it against the public register. It is never given to a client.
Your personal data never goes into any dataset, WorkTrace or client deliverable, and we do not sell it.
- What we do not do
No advertising, no tracking pixels and no third-party analytics.
The site uses a single session cookie, needed to keep forms secure.
For security we read your IP address and browser when an application arrives, but we do not store them. We count visits per form as daily totals, without recording who you are.
- Who else processes it
IONOS hosts the site and database on servers in the United States.
Resend sends our emails (confirmations and sign-in links).
Cloud language models, through an external cloud provider, read your résumé to fill in the form for you, prepare your interview questions and run the live interview. When the site guide reads a résumé, we remove emails, phone numbers and links first.
A profile analysis of your résumé runs on the team's own computers, not in the cloud, and a person reviews it before it is used.
- Where and how long
Files are stored outside the public part of the site and only the Savia team can open them.
If you upload a résumé to the guide and do not send an application, we delete it within three hours.
An application is kept while it is active or until you ask us to delete it.
- Your rights
You can see, update and correct your data, ask for proof of your consent, withdraw it and ask us to delete your data.
To delete your application, email experts@savia.icu from the address you applied with, or delete it yourself in the expert portal. Your files, answers and record are erased. We keep only one line saying on what date you withdrew consent.
We answer requests within 10 business days and complaints within 15 business days.
In Colombia you can complain to the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio. El Salvador's personal data protection law also applies and, for people in Brazil, the LGPD.
- Age
Savia is only for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
- Changes
If we change this notice, we update the version and date above. Processed under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013.
