We accept corp-to-corp contracts and large projects

CareCompile, Inc. contracts as a vendor or subcontractor for human data work across the Americas. Scope, volumes, rates and timelines are agreed per project.

What we can deliver

  • Voz: speech from people reading prompts and speaking on topics in their own regional accent, in Spanish variants, Brazilian Portuguese and Caribbean English.
  • Video: first-person video of real work with narration out loud, across 13 trades.
  • Selfies and identity: identity photos for verification and, when the project specification asks for it, face datasets.
  • Expert text: licensed professionals answer a scenario independently with a cited source, and disagreements are resolved before delivery.

How a project runs

  • NDA: we sign yours or ours before we see the specification.
  • Scoping: we agree the task, languages, regions, acceptance criteria and timeline, then sign a master services agreement and a statement of work.
  • Paid pilot: a small funded batch to test the specification, the quality bar and the delivery format.
  • Scale: after the pilot we recruit and onboard to the agreed plan, with consent and pay terms told to every contributor before work starts.
  • Delivery: to your storage, with a manifest and a consent reference for each item. We invoice in USD.

  • Sample data, so you can check quality before committing.

Do you sign NDAs and master services agreements?

Yes. We contract as a vendor or subcontractor with an NDA, a master services agreement and a statement of work for each project.

Can you work under our data processing agreement?

Yes. We can work under the client's own data processing agreement, or provide ours.

How is the work reviewed?

An automated first review runs on hardware the company controls, and a person always makes the final accept or reject decision. Spoken personal data is checked before delivery.

How do you deliver?

To the client's storage, with a manifest and a consent reference for every item.

How do you price and invoice?

Rates, volumes and timelines are agreed per project, and we invoice in USD. A paid pilot comes first.

Which regions and languages?

People on our lists today live in 12 countries across the Americas. We work in Spanish variants, Brazilian Portuguese and English for the anglophone Caribbean.
