How we protect people and their data

• Recordings and documents are stored privately, outside the public website.
• The operator console requires multi-factor sign-in and role-based permissions.
• Backups are encrypted.
• Spoken personal data is checked before delivery.

• Consent is given per project, and the consent version is recorded.
• Adults 18 and over only. Children are never in frame.
• Every adult in a shared home agrees before any home recording.

• Pay per accepted hour and the permitted use are told before work starts.
• Nothing is paid or promised until a project is funded.
• Payouts go through an international payment provider.

An automated first review runs on hardware the company controls. A person always makes the final accept or reject decision.

You can delete your account and your data at any time. Files and records are erased.

• We do not record inside a shared home without the agreement of every adult living there.
• We do not promise pay or use that has not been told to you before work starts.
• We do not publish recordings or documents on the public website.
