Savia recruits, vets, trains and manages the people who record first-person video and real-world task data in Colombia, El Salvador and across Latin America. You set the capture protocol and the acceptance criteria. We run the workforce, the consent and the daily quality review, under your brand or ours.
What we run
Everything between your protocol and accepted footage.
Trainers and day-to-day management
Trainers who speak the collaborators’ language coach them from the first session, keep schedules, answer questions and handle problems the same day. The number of trainers is sized to the project.
Quality review
Trainers sample footage every day against your acceptance criteria and coach on each rejection reason. A collaborator records for pay only after a trial session passes review.
Consent and privacy
Every collaborator signs, and so does every adult they live with. No children in frame. Rooms and places that must not be recorded are listed at onboarding. Consent is written for local law: Ley 1581 (Colombia), the Ley de Protección de Datos Personales (El Salvador), the LFPDPPP (Mexico) and the LGPD (Brazil).
Payment and reporting
Collaborators are paid every week on accepted hours. You receive a weekly report: active collaborators, hours recorded, hours accepted, rejection reasons and incidents.

Protocol
You share the capture protocol, devices, activities, target hours and acceptance criteria under NDA. We say what we can staff, where and by when.
Pilot
A small group records under trainer supervision until the acceptance rate is where you need it.
Scale
We recruit to your target in waves, keeping the trainer ratio and the daily review.
Deliver
Footage goes to your storage with the consent record for each collaborator. Deletion on request.

Savia does not keep a standing crowd of collaborators, and this page does not claim one. We recruit for the project you bring, in the countries you need, and before anything is signed we tell you how long recruiting will take and how many people we expect to reach.

What is egocentric data collection?
Recording everyday tasks from the point of view of the person doing them, usually with a phone or camera worn on the head. AI and robotics teams use the footage to teach models how people use their hands, tools and spaces.
Which countries can you cover?
Colombia and El Salvador first, where Savia is based, and other Latin American countries such as Mexico and Brazil by project. Tell us the cities and we say what is realistic.
How do you handle other people and private spaces?
Every adult in the household signs a consent written for local law, children are kept out of frame, and places that must not be recorded are agreed at onboarding. Trainers check for this in the daily review.
Who owns the footage?
You do, under the agreement. Savia keeps only the consent records needed to show that every recording was authorized.
How is it priced?
Per accepted hour of footage, covering collaborator pay, trainers, quality review and consent handling, with a lower rate for volume. We quote once we have seen the protocol.
I live in Latin America. Can I record for a project?
Collection projects are recruited one at a time, in the country where they run. Write to hola@savia.icu with your city and your phone model, and we contact you when a project opens there.
