A written licence sets the scope, the price or revenue share, the term and deletion. The data stays yours.
Transfer
Personal data is de-identified before it leaves your systems. Every file is recorded with where it came from and under which licence.
What we cannot accept
Some data we turn down, however useful it looks.
- Data your organization does not have the right to license.
- Identifiable personal data without a lawful basis under Ley 1581 (Colombia), the Ley de Protección de Datos Personales (El Salvador) or the law of the country it comes from. We can plan the de-identification with you first.
- Scraped or leaked data, or data obtained against a platform's terms.
- Data from outside Latin America.
Sending a description commits neither you nor Savia to anything. We reply either way.

Do I upload data on this page?
No. You describe what your organization holds. No file or sample is sent through the site, and no data moves until both sides sign a written licence.
Does Savia buy the data or license it?
Savia licenses it. The data stays yours; the licence sets the scope, the term, the price or revenue share, and deletion.
Can the data contain personal information?
Only with a lawful basis under Ley 1581 (Colombia), the Ley de Protección de Datos Personales (El Salvador) or the law of the country it comes from. De-identification is planned with you before any transfer.
How is a referral paid?
A referral fee is set in writing and paid only when the organization you introduced signs a licence.
